Mold in my unit and completely inadequate management. They expect me to remain in the apartment during five days of drywall/mold remediation, while the unit can reach 90+ degrees. I've had to repeatedly push management for reasonable accommodations and a unit transfer. (Greystar Management) For the price of this building and area, this is unacceptable. Look elsewhere.
I was helped by Leleen and Gabriella who are both amazing. Leleen initially showed me the property and was incredibly patient and attentive. I ended up applying for a lease on the spot because of how much I loved the building from the get go and how wonderful Leleen is. Gabrielle helped me through the leasing process and was so helpful and made sure I understood every step of the way. The level of care and attention the team at O&A have shown me and continue to show me is exactly what drew me to the building. It is extremely maintained and all the amenities are spotless.
I recently moved in and have been happy with my experience so far. The entire move-in process was smooth, and a big part of that was because of Gabriella. She is professional, attentive, and genuinely seems to care about making sure everything goes smoothly. She spent a lot of time with us during orientation, getting us set up and answering all of our questions and requests. She was always willing to take the time to help us and really made sure the process was as easy as possible. Joseph has also been helpful whenever I’ve contacted the leasing office with questions.
